During November 2023 and February 2024, exceptional seminars and lectures by international guests took place as part of the regular block of doctoral courses at FFA BUT. The guests in the winter semester of 2023/2024 were Maja and Reuben Fowkes, Elke Krasny, and Alexandra Pirici. In addition to seminar teaching aimed primarily at first and second-year doctoral students, the international guests also provided personal consultations on dissertation topics for doctoral students in the final stages of writing their dissertations. The workshop with Alexandra Pirici was open to all faculty students. In collaboration with the Moravian Gallery in Brno, a lecture and discussion open to the general public also took place.
