Call for Freemovers student mobility 2025, deadline 9 Feb 2025
The Faculty of Fine Arts announces a call for Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral students for mobility to a foreign institution of their choice in the calendar year 2025.
The deadline for applications for the call is 9 February 2025.
The student mobility under the Freemovers programme may be of the following nature:
- A study stay within an approved study programme (details here)
- A traineeship within an approved study programme (details here)
- Participation in short / long term professional courses
- Work on a project (semestral, year)
- Work on a bachelor's, diploma or dissertation thesis
To apply, you need to supply to the FFA International Office:
- PhD students: a completed application for financial support (indicating an estimate of the financial costs of your mobility) signed by your supervisor/mentor (if it is a traineeship, document templates and further information can be found here; if it is a study stay, document templates and further information can be found here)
- BA and MA students: a completed application for financial support (giving an estimate of the financial cost of your mobility) signed by your supervisor (BA students must have completed at least the first year of study) (if it is a traineeship, document templates and further information can be found here; if it is a study stay, document templates and further information can be found here)
- Cover letter in English
- Acceptance letter from the foreign institution or documented communication (e.g. email) with the institution, organisation, company, indicating that the student will be allowed to participate in the mobility
- Please submit a completed and signed Consent to the processing of personal data (GDPR) with your application (can be found in the attachments below)
The selection of the suitable candidate and the amount of the grant will be decided by the selection committee. Financial support will be provided in the form of a scholarship.
