- Area of responsibility: the faculty’s agenda for doctoral study programmes, habilitation, and professorial appointment procedures; coordination of data collection reported by the faculty in the Register of Artistic Outputs (RUV) and its analysis; ensuring the factual accuracy of data reported in the RUV; fostering collaboration between the faculty, the RUV Council, and individual segments of the registry; coordination of the faculty’s Gallery Advisory Board; assistance in preparing, submitting, and accounting for grants and funding titles supporting the activities of the faculty gallery (Galerie FaVU); coordination and analytical support in preparing the faculty’s strategy (in collaboration with Vice-Deans), particularly the faculty’s strategic plan and its updates; collaboration with the applied sector and the creative industries, including organising professional internships for students of the faculty’s study programmes; supporting the activities of programme guarantors and supervisors in fulfilling the standards of study programmes; advisory services to the faculty’s academic community regarding study programmes; development and implementation of feedback mechanisms for evaluating teaching; organisational assistance in studios led by visiting artists and lecturers; the agenda for developing the pedagogical competencies of academic staff and doctoral students; management of the development of green skills and sustainability within the faculty; communication and dissemination of information within one’s area of responsibility.
