The Teachers’ Advisory Board is a collective advisory body to the Dean, consisting of all academic staff of the faculty. The aim of the board as an instrument of participatory management, is to strive to achieve the necessary consensus and unity in the approach of the teaching staff in the educational activities of the faculty through discussions on pedagogical issues and the exchange of views and opinions. The board's main tasks include: discussing the results of anonymous survey of students on taught subjects; discussing internal standards and decisions related to teaching and its evaluation, admission procedures and their schedule, final examinations or colloquiums and their schedule, etc. Meetings of the Teachers’ Advisory Board shall be convened by the Dean or the Vice-Dean for Study Affairs at least once per semester of the academic year. Guests of the board can also be internal doctoral programme students and external contributors involved in ensuring teaching at the faculty.
