Request for compliance with environmentally friendly use of faculty facilities
Not just due to the sudden increase in energy prices in 2022, once again we ask all users of the FFA buildings in the campus at Údolní 53, to try to set a more environmentally friendly operation in their workplaces, for example: use only necessary intensity of lighting and only during the time spent in the room, switch off unnecessary electrical appliances (monitors, computers, printers, copiers, fans, humidifiers, air conditioning...) when leaving, reduce the use of lighting in common areas, limit the use of ventilation systems, avoid overheating workplaces (don't solve the overheating in rooms by keeping the windows open for a long time, but by reporting malfunctioning heating control to the campus administration), last but not least, close the entrance doors to U2 and U4 buildings (a BUT card is required to open them). The use of direct heaters is prohibited in the faculty buildings.
