The project proposes to establish the new "recycling and upcycling centre" called Matter at FaVU in Brno, facilitating sustainable artistic production at the faculty by providing a repository of reusable materials collected from the studios and educating the students and pedagogues about principles of upcycling. The centre also features a "specimen bank" and co-working / skillsharing area for the students and teachers, and it also organises educational workshops and cares for a network of partner institutions that supply additional material for the centre.
