Města koncentrují více než polovinu světové populace a očekává se, že jejich růst bude pokračovat. Pandemie COVID odhalila jejich zranitelnosti zejména pro oblasti s vyšší hustotou zalidnění. Města se musí stát odolnějšími, digitálními a udržitelnějšími. Projekt je zaměřen na návrh pokročilých metod a tvorbu nástrojů pro podporu nasazení chytrých řešení pro udržitelný rozvoj společnosti zejména se zaměřením na rozvoj chytrých měst, komunikaci a zpracování dat.
