Original Abstract

Studie publikovaná jako doprovodný text k výstavě Telepatie nebo Esperanto (Futura, Praha, 2. 4. - 10. 5. 2015). Studie usouvztažňuje oba klíčové pojmy a zaměřuje se dále na roli počítačů, programovacích jazyků a internetu v aktuální umělecké praxi. Internet přitom není reflektován jako médium, ale spíše jako symptom epistemického a ontologického obratu, jehož důsledkem je mj. všeobecně zakoušený pocit krize.

English abstract

The study, published as a companion text to the exhibition of Telepathy or Esperanto (Futura, Prague, 2. 4.-10. 5.2015). The text seeks to establish a meaningful connection between the two key words and it further focuses on the role of computers, programming languages and the Internet in the current artistic practice. The Internet is not reflected as a medium, but rather as a symptom of epistemical and onthological turn, whose consequence is, among other thing, generally perceived feeling of crisis.
