The students will master the technology of the subject. Students under the guidance of the teacher tlearn interconnect acquired experience and knowledge, collaborate in defining tasks and examine the possible solutions. In the work student includes the knowledge of theory. Student learns to communicate in media environment, work with philosophical and conceptual links of the artefact: medium is the message...? (McLuhan). References to classical modernism with overlaps to contemporary art - Mixed media. Objects and installations objet trouvé and ready made (M.Duchamp) - artefact realization in different materials, reference Bauhaus - from Fluxus to multimedia installations (Nam June Paik). Events (Performance) in space, importance of the time limit - process (J. Beuys, P. Štembera), self-destructive art? - (J. Tinguely object / action). Individual orientation and subsequent specifics of selected programs of the students - based on studio assignment. Students can propose alternative individual solutions.
