Studio Follow-up I - Game Media - summer

FaVU-M1MU-LAcad. year: 2021/2022

Students develop the topic of their master's thesis and present possible solutions. They analyze the "eco-system" in which they plan to place their project in the final and open the topic of the financial aspect of the project. On the basis of the consultation, they consolidate the concept, idea and technical background of the project. They are engaged in interim prototypes and are interested in project feedback outside the institutional environment. Individual and partial outputs are presented as part of the project work in progress, basically at a discussable level. At the studio level, they produce a practical workshop from a selected part of their master's project.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

The students are able to realize a workshop at the studio level, thematically connected with the master's project. They thus anchor the presentation of the resulting master's project.

Prerequisites

Developed master level project, claimed in the previous semester, and regular consultations.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Students are led to realize individual or collective exercises and tasks. They continuously improve their technical and theoretical knowledge in the field. They are actively discussing and presenting their work results in the atelier field. In complementary activities, he participates in thematic exhibitions, excursions, festivals and lectures.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

To obtain a credit it is necessary to regularly consult the master's project and present its development throughout the studio. Then, before the commission, to defend the results of the semester examination, or the interim results of the work on the master's project.
