Course detail
Studio I - Drawing and Printmaking - winter
FaVU-B1GR-ZAcad. year: 2023/2024
The class is aims to teach basic understanding of artwork and graphics emphasising the acquisition of individual authorship and creative methods of artistic research leading to students' own discoveries. Students should not think dogmatically or conservatively, adhering to stereotypes. The unifying methodical tool is represented by the "round table" which serves as the first contact with living art. It is a place of critical reflection, consultations and personal encounters allowing opinion exchanges which are indispensable for working in the studio. Life in the studio is a voluntary life in an independent territory with its own rules.
