Studio II - Video - summer

During the summer semester of the second year there is the emphasis on further developing the technology. Through a wide range of exercises and workshops will the student's experience deepen meeting different types of moving images. Students will work alongside the formal aspects of the classic film materials such as editing, post-production or composition, learning also access to this media from different perspectives in an art school which is not primarily focused on teaching how to make film. Their outcomes are not limited to the medium of film or video. Based on individual preferences, students work with other media such as performance, installation, photography, etc.
Nowadays, ecology and environmental issues seem to be highly on the agenda of the arts. What are the current tendencies in media arts related to this?
