The course gives basic overview of trends, movements, developmental connections and key representatives of architecture, urban planning, visual and applied arts of the 2nd half of 19th century in the Czech lands and on the international level.

Aims
The objective of the course is to gain knowledge of the development in architecture, urban planning, visual and applied arts both in the Czech lands and internationally during lectures, field trips and consultations with expert guest lecturers.
