Aims
The aim of the course is to encourage students to use essential grammar features consistently and confidently. However, main emphasis is laid on making students speak (make them stop feeling embarrasses or frightened to use a foreign language) and strengthen the use of basic grammar features (such as past simple and present perfect) through short written assigments, narration, and home reading assignments.
At this phase, students will have revised the basic tenses, conditionals, verb patterns. They will have an oral presentation in front of the class, they will have written several short texts, and they will have practiced their knowledge by reading longer texts (adapted fiction).
