Workshop 24H

FA-H24-WEAcad. year: 2024/2025

The aim of the workshop is to create a micro-strategy for the given urban relations and to create a “story” of the project. It is not about developing a specific architectural design, but about defining the relationships and a strategy that will serve as a basis for the future design. The key goal is to find the logic and meaning of the place with regard to external requirements. Participants will focus on organizing teamwork, creating strategic designs and finding quick options that will enable effective decision-making on the project's progress.
The workshop will be led by Ivana and Jan Benda, renowned Czech-Canadian architects with extensive experience in the field of urban planning and architecture. The couple has long been dedicated to creating concepts that combine economic aspects with sustainable development and innovative approaches to urban environments. Ivana Bendová is an expert in strategic project planning and creative concepts, while Jan Benda specializes in the technical and organizational aspects of large-scale projects. Together, they have led a number of successful international workshops and projects that focused on cooperation between different disciplines and effective teamwork.
