Call for Erasmus+ traineeships in the winter semester of the academic year 2024/25, deadline 10 June 2024
We are announcing an application procedure for traineeships (EU countries and outside the EU countries)* and also graduate traineeships (EU countries only) under the Erasmus+ programme, which can take place between 1 August 2024 and 31 January 2025.
Basic conditions for traineeships
- mobility is possible from 1 August 2024 to 31 January 2025
- the duration of the traineeship must last at least 60 days (5 days is sufficient for PhD students)**, with a maximum of 90 days, and must be completed by 31 January 2025
- the student must be enrolled in studies at FaVU and have student status for the entire duration of the traineeship
- financial support for Erasmus+ traineeships ranges from EUR 690 to EUR 810 per month depending on the EU country (eligibility for the grant is only for the period of physical presence in the host country; the work placement must be full-time = the number of working hours must be as a standard full-time job in the foreign country)

*For Erasmus+ International Mobility (to countries outside the EU), the same documents, conditions and application procedure apply as for "classic" Erasmus (the only significant difference - in StudIs you apply for specific call for this kind of mobility!). **This call for applications also applies to short-term PhD traineeships (5 to 30 days). The administrative procedure is the same as for a standard traineeship.
Basic conditions for graduate traineeships
- mobility is possible after the completion of the studies from September 2024
- the duration of the graduate traineeship must last at least 60 days, maximum 90 days, and must be completed by 31 January 2025
- you must apply while you are still studying and leave after you have completed your studies
- financial support for Erasmus+ graduate traineeships ranges from EUR 690 to EUR 810 per month depending on the EU country (eligibility for the grant is only for the period of physical presence in the host country; the work placement must be full-time = the number of working hours must be as a standard full-time job in the foreign country)

How to apply
Via the e-application form in your StudIs account → module "Study and internships abroad" until 10 June 2024 → apply for the relevant call for applications according to your planned mobility:- traineeship in EU countries - "Application procedure for Erasmus+ traineeships in the winter semester 2024/25"
- traineeship outside the EU countries - "Application procedure for Erasmus+ traineeships in the winter semester 2024/25 (outside the EU)"
- graduate traineeship - "Application procedure for Erasmus+ graduate traineeships in the winter semester 2024/25"
- short-term PhD traineeship in EU countries - "Application procedure for Erasmus+ short-term doctoral mobility (traineeship) in the winter semester 2024/25"
- short-term PhD traineeship outside the EU countries - "Application procedure for Erasmus+ short-term doctoral mobility (traineeship) in the winter semester 2024/25 (outside the EU)"
The e-application has the following mandatory attachments
- a completed and signed application form (see below)
- a completed and signed Consent to the processing of personal data - GDPR (see below)
- a completed and signed Traineeship Agreement, Acceptance Letter OR documented communication (e.g. email) with the institution, organisation, company, indicating that the student will be allowed to participate in the traineeship (at least one of these documents must be attached)
- a cover letter in English explaining why we should support your planned mobility and what you plan to do on your mobility, what results you want to achieve, etc.
