Jindřich Chalupecký Society, in cooperation with the Moravian Gallery in Brno and the Faculty of Fine Arts of BUT, will present to the Brno audience selected personalities associated with this year's Jindřich Chalupecký Award. Laureates Olga Krykun, Ezra Šimek and Vojtěch Radakulan will present their work in the form of short artist talks. Member of the current international jury of the JCHA, director of the Van Abbe Museum in Eidhoven, Charles Esche will then present in his lecture reflections on decolonization and the reform of museum practice in the multicultural Europe of the 21st century. The program will be presented by Jan Zálešák, curator and pedagogue of FaVU BUT, another current member of the JCHA jury.
