Extended Stay During the Completion of Studio Works in the Winter Semester of the Academic Year 2023/2024

  1. For academic purposes, namely for the completion and installation of studio works, this decision permits an extraordinary 24-hour operational period for the buildings for the FFA students from 8 January to 19 January 2024.
  2. Entry to the buildings is allowed until 22:00 hours. From 22:00 to 6:00 hours, only exits from the faculty buildings through the U2 building reception are permitted.
  3. Staying in the faculty buildings outside the standard operational hours is exclusively allowed for members of the FFA academic community.
  4. The extraordinary operational hours of the buildings (according to paragraph 1) apply solely to the presence of students in studio rooms, the IT study room (U2/219), the video editing room (U2/208), the sound studio (U2/206), and the video studio (U2/214).
  5. Both students and employees are obliged to report their presence in the building to the faculty reception service.
  6. The use of direct heaters and portable air conditioners is prohibited (exceptions are granted by the faculty bursar).
  7. Students and employees are required to comply with the "Operating Regulations valid for buildings used by FFA BUT" (Annex No. 2 to the Rector's Directive No. 3/2017).
