Extended Stay During the Completion of Graduation & Studio Works in the Summer Semester of the Academic Year 2024/2025
This decision regulates the operating hours of the FFA buildings during the period for the finalisation of graduation and studio projects in the summer semester of the academic year:
- For study purposes, specifically the completion and installation of diploma and studio projects, this decision authorises exceptional 24‑hour operation of the FFA buildings for students from 19 May to 5 June 2025. Entry to the buildings is permitted until 22:00. From 22:00 to 06:00, only departures from faculty buildings via the reception desk in Building U1 are allowed.
- For study purposes, specifically the completion and installation of bachelor’s projects, this decision allows bachelor’s graduates to remain in the faculty buildings daily from 06:00 to 24:00 during the period from 9 June to 19 June 2025.
- Staying in the faculty buildings outside standard operating hours is permitted exclusively to members of the FFA academic community.
- The exceptional building operation (pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2) applies only to students’ presence in studio rooms, the computer study room, video‑editing rooms, the sound studio and the video studio.
- Students and staff are required to minimise light pollution within the technical capabilities of each building (e.g. by shading windows) and to reduce noise between 20:00 and 08:00 (e.g. by keeping windows closed).
- The use of narcotic and psychotropic substances is prohibited throughout the premises. Smoking is permitted only in the designated area equipped with a cigarette bin in the courtyard in front of Building U1. Users of the premises must comply with the Operating Rules applicable to buildings used by the FFA BUT.
- Students and staff are obliged to report both their arrival and departure to the faculty’s reception service in Building U1.
