Extended operation of FFA buildings during the period of completion of final and studio works, summer semester 2022/2023
Dean's Decision No. 8/2023 sets the operational hours for FFA buildings during the completion of final and studio work in the summer semester of the academic year 2022/2023:
- For study purposes, namely the completion and installation of diploma and studio works, this decision allows for an extraordinary 24-hour operational period of buildings from 8 May to 1 June 2023 for FFA students. Access to the buildings is permitted until 10:00 pm. From 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, only departures from faculty buildings through the U2 building gatehouse are allowed.
- For study purposes, specifically the completion and installation of bachelor's theses, this decision allows for stay in faculty buildings from 6:00 am to 12:00 am daily from 5 June to 15 June 2023.
- Stay in faculty buildings outside standard operating hours is permitted exclusively to members of the FFA academic community.
- Students and employees are required to report their presence in the building to the faculty's gatehouse service.
- The exceptional operating hours of the buildings (according to paragraphs 1 and 2) only apply to students staying in studio rooms, the computer reading room (U2/219), the editing room (U2/208), the sound studio (U2/206), and the video studio (U2/214).
- Students and employees must adhere to the Operational Regulations valid for FFA buildings (Appendix No. 2 to the Rector's Directive No. 3/2017).
