Creation of 3D characters I

The course focuses on the basic metodology of understanding the basic relationship of human body proportions and using anatomical knowedge in creating the model of human or animal body in 3D modelling program on photoreferential basis. The various aspects of presenting the model 0 light, composition, rendering - will be also discussed. The course invovlves lectures in anatomy, proportions and 3D modelling techniques, examples from the history of sculpture and the work of contemporary 3D modelling artists.
