Course detail
Studio I - Intermedia - summer
FaVU-B1IN-LAcad. year: 2023/2024
The course focuses on the individual work of students and on the search for contexts of selected topics within the framework of art and the state of the contemporary world. In our time together, we map the possibilities of artistic practice, the function of the artist in society and the social status of art, through discussions and through our own artistic creation. Students acquire the basics of an intermedial approach to creation and develop their own conceptual and critical thinking. A clear justification of the formal starting points as well as the choice of student project topics is required. The students' ability to verbally and substantively comment on their work is deepening.
