PhD Lab 2 (Art Creation & Exhibition)

The course provides students with support throughout the complex process of artistic creation, from the initial vision to the final exhibition or presentation of the work. The specific content of the course is shaped by joint discussions on theoretical and practical issues related to artistic research, artistic practice, and the various modes of their presentation that students encounter in their work. The course is conducted through both group and individual consultations, allowing for an intensive and personalized approach to teaching.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Classes take place in the classrooms of the Faculty of Fine Arts at BUT during the hours specified in the schedule. The course credit is awarded based on attendance, active participation in seminars, and a final colloquium.

Aims

The aim of the course is to enhance the professional competencies of doctoral students in the areas of creation, artistic research, exhibition, and presentation.
